Tamara Riley is a homely and unpopular girl. After a brief meeting with her English Teacher, who she has a major crush on, we find out that she's the best student in his class and that an article that she wrote for the school paper exposes the fact that some jocks in the school have been using performance enhancing substances, this causes her to become even more unpopular.

Tamara turns to witchcraft, something learned from her mother, to improve her situation but things go wrong. This leads to more humiliation, blackmail and a death. Then Tamara shows up at school as a sexy seductress. She then begins to exact her revenge on her tormentors.

First, let me say that Jenna Dewan is one damn sexy babe.

She does a really good job in this and has the best performance of all the actors, not that the acting is bad. Surprisingly, there was pretty decent character development but it was scattered throughout the movie. This does work though, because after Tamara touches her victims, we learn about their past.

This is not as promising as I had hoped. First off, the blackmail scene was very reminiscent of I Know What You Did Last Summer. Second, for a movie who's main character is a sexy seductress bent on revenge, there's very little killing and hardy any sex. The gore that was in the movie wasn't too bad, I just wish there was a lot more of it. The goriest part of the film, where the A/V nerd is punished, could have been much more graphic for my taste.

Once again, there's hardly any sex, and the sex that we DO get is of two guys that Tamara convinces (by touching them) to have sex with each other to have them humiliated. Nudity would have been VERY welcome in this.

This movie had too much lost potential and expectedly was set up for a sequel. This movie is entertaining, but that's about it.
