Class of Nuke 'Em High 2: Subhumanoid Meltdown
Student power meets nuclear power!
CREATURES
Reviewed by jareprime

It’s been six years since Tromaville’s Nuke’em High became infected with toxic waste, turned the student body into mutants and the exploded in mushroom cloud glory, but don’t worry Tromaville has found a way to continue higher education. Now residing on the former Nuke’em High School grounds is the Tromaville Institute of Technology, or T.I.T if your prefer. With it’s fully functioning on-campus nuclear reactor, the students at T.I.T are the forerunners in nuclear education.

Underneath the school, something sinister is brewing, thanks to the dastardly work of Professor Holt and the evil intentions of Dean Okra. That, my friends, is a race of super beings known as the Sub humanoids. Luckily for us and Tromaville, ace student reporter Roger Smith is about to expose all of T.I.T’s dirty little secrets!

Zany characters, evil henchman, babes in bikinis, babes out of bikinis, toxic waste, ample gore, snappy zingers, hot mutant chicks with mouths for belly buttons and giant mutant squirrels, it’s Troma and it’s the sequel to The Class of Nuke 'Em High, what more could you ask for?

Class of Nuke ‘Em High II: Subhumanoid Meltdown takes us out of high school and puts us in college as we have all aged six years from the first film. Graduated are Chrissy, Warren and the Cretins and in are Roger, Victoria and the new gang on the block: The Squirrels, lead by the vile and flatulent Yoke. Roger played by Brick Bronsky, damn what a cool name, is the all-American student on T.I.T’s campus, although he thinks himself cool, he is actually the hugest tool on campus. Victoria is the poor Subhumanoid whom Roger falls in love with. But the only problem is Victoria is set to have a melt down real soon unless Roger can find a way to stop it!

Although not as good as the first film, Nuke’em High 2 is still a fun watch, which can be said of most Troma movies, you know what to expect going in and you’re never really let down, each Troma film is almost like pure brain candy… mmmmm brain candy.

Will Roger save Victoria? Will Yoke and the Squirrels kick his ass? Will the Sub humanoids rise up and fight for their right to equality? Maybe, but it’s going to be a T&A gore fest along the way, which is always worth the rental fee. Not only that but you also get a cameo by The Toxic Avenger and Tromie, the mutant squirrel!
