Our movie starts with an evisceration, boobs, and a bludgeoning. Not too shabby for the first three minutes eh? Too bad it all goes downhill from there.

Maddie gets a new job with a super hot boss named Shawn. They start to date and he takes her over to his buddies’ house for a pool party where everyone gets naked. Later while sitting around in the hot tub, the gang tells Maddie about their Murder Club that you have to kill someone to join. Maddie has issues already like hearing voices and talking to people who aren’t there so really a Murder Club is right up her alley. What follows is the typical slasher whodunit as everyone gets picked off one by one.

Ladies and Gentlemen: I watched this movie so you don’t have to, period. I picked it up because it has bit parts by Julie Strain, Lloyd Kaufman, and Brinke Stevens. That’s not enough to save it. All the nudity isn’t enough to save it and there’s nudity for guys and girls both. There are absolutely no chase scenes. If you make a slasher you have to have some chasing going on. Everyone just stands around and lets themselves be killed without any struggle.

Two kills were actually done with non fatal blows so you expect the characters to pop up later but they don’t. I’m just glad no one has ever shoved me into a pole in a parking garage because apparently my head would explode like a bloated tick. The killer in a weird mask is so far beyond overdone I don’t even have a phrase for it. My biggest pet peeve in a masked killer movie is weight and/or height discrepancy and boy is it ever done here. I won’t say anymore about that since some of you masochists may actually want to see this movie unspoiled.

I’ll give it 2 out of 10 since some of the man ass was pretty nice.
